Do you accept pre-orders on machines?
Yes. Occasionally high demand new in box games are not in stock for quite some time. Games available for pre-order are clearly stated on the game specific page under “Lead Time.” Typically, we take a $500 or $5,000 refundable deposit for pre-orders. Once the game is in stock and ready to ship, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding pre-orders.
Do you offer shipping across Australia?

What type of machines do you sell?
We sell a wide range of pinball machines and arcade games, including both new and refurbished units. Our collection features classic vintage models as well as the latest releases from top manufacturers.
Do you offer repair or maintenance services?
Yes, we provide repair, maintenance, and upgrade services for most pinball and arcade game models. Whether it’s a minor fix or a full restoration, our technicians are here to help.
Do your machines come with a warranty?
Absolutely. All our machines come with a warranty period, the length of which depends on the type and condition of the machine. Full warranty details are provided at the time of purchase.
Can I test the machine before buying?
If you’re located near our showroom or during special events, we welcome you to come and test the machines. Contact us in advance to schedule a visit or check for upcoming demos.
Do you supply machines for events or businesses?
We sure do! We cater to game centers, bars, entertainment venues, and corporate events. Get in touch to discuss bulk purchases or short-term rentals for special occasions.
Do you sell and ship machines outside Australia?
We do not currently sell machines outside Australia. We can organise shipping ONLY to New Zealand.
Where are you located?
We have warehouse/showrooms in Richmond NSW and Adelaide SA.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes, This can be arranged once payment is received.
What happens to damaged items?
If you product arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
All claims for items damaged in transit must be received within 24 Hrs of receiving delivery, we understand that you may sign for a unit not knowing that it may be damaged inside the box. Please check your items as soon as you receive them. We only have a small window of opportunity to lodge claims with our couriers. Please send us photos of the damage so we can arrange insurance or replacement in a timely fashion.
How long does it take for a game to arrive once shipped?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. Tracking details are sent to customers when games ship.
Metro areas: 5–7 business days
Regional/remote areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as third-party courier delays. If there are significant delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. Should the delivery exceed 30 days from the dispatch date, you are entitled to cancel the order for a full refund.
Change of mind?
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Returns?
If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds if applicable will only be issued to the original credit card or original method of payment that you used when placing your order. No customised orders e.g. custom bar fridges or custom barrels can be refunded or returned. Original packaging must also be provided with the return or the manufcturer may decline the refund request.
