To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee:

- The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate dispatch
- The price must be above $5,000 AUD
- The competitor must be a legitimate Australian-based online retailer (not a physical storefront)
- The competitor must be an authorised retailer of the product
- Price matching applies to product prices only, excluding taxes and shipping costs
Exclusions
We do not offer price matching against:
- Auction sites or marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Gumtree, Amazon Marketplace)
- Flash sales, limited-time offers, or clearance stock
- Loyalty pricing, coupon codes, or cashback offers
- Bundle or multi-buy promotions (e.g. Buy One Get One Free)
- Wholesalers, resellers, or commercial quotes
- Products shipped internationally or from overseas-based stores
